I want to share the excellent service that Linda and her staff provided to a close friend of mine whose husband died. She was able to walk her through the legal maze of probate and also guiding her in providing her with alternative choices upon which to make important decisions. I subsequently recommended her firm to a family member with great confidence.

Tampa Bay Elder Law was recommended to me by my financial advisor in order to protect our assets and avoid probate in the event of a premature departure from this good earth. Linda Faingold was superb in explaining all the documents needed, and what to consider both long-term and short-term. I could not have found a kinder and more competent, honest, and empathetic estate attorney to help us navigate these uncharted waters. She is, in short, wonderful.

I wouldn't normally post a review for anything other than food and drinks, but after seeing the BS posted by some clearly deranged person below, I had to stand up and say NO WAY.
You want to know what kind of firm this is? How about coming out in the middle of the night to make sure that my dying grand mother was properly taken care of by the doctors and the hospital.
When my mother could not make it to the office, they (and I mean the whole team) showed up at my mothers assisted living facility in Riverview on a Saturday to take care of getting paperwork done.
This is the type of attorney and firm you want on your side. You can't say that about all in the legal profession, but I can surely say that about Linda and her group.
Keep serving your clients like you do. Don't ever change.

Excellent firm that is willing to go above and beyond. Don't find too many firms that make house calls, but this one did.
Couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail and the care they provided my mother. As a judge in New Jersey I have seen all sides of the spectrum and I would never hesitate to strongly recommend Linda and her crew.
Keep up the great work ladies.

Had a health care surrogate papers drawn up for 18 year old son. Nobody ever thinks when your children turn 18 that maybe they can't speak for themselves in the future because of an accident but this is something good to have if they're not married. Having his wishes and at least two people on it. Very efficient been our estate family lawyer for 8 years with Will's in living trust. Would highly recomend her.

I was in need of a new attorney to assist the supervision of a trust. Linda and her team are amazing. When I provided my issues and requests, they clearly understood my needs and provided clear, simplified solutions. It was also a HUGE benefit having Linda and her team come to our home to assist with finalizing documents. They are timely, efficient, cost effective, down to earth (not intimidating and don't try to confuse using legal jargon), and overall the nicest group of professionals I have had the privilege to work with in quite some time.
