I had just called Christopher Smith office and the lady that answer the phone told me they don't take nobody and then it 50 because they lawyers need to be compensated for what they do and it doesn't mean that nobody going to get compensated because I'm 33 she didn't even listen to my case nobody else to my case and I'm just not told me bad review bad bad bad boy bad I got to make sure I don't call nobody less involved with those people no more I'm a find somebody else real quick signed and delivered by Tiffany Moore

My experience with Christopher Smith was great and timely. As the head attorney there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the law and what was needed to make sure his clients are getting the best deal.

The attending staff was also very helpful, willing to answer any and all questions needed.

Folks.... I never write reviews but here I make an exception. Christopher Smith is simply the greatest lawyer I have ever encountered, pure and simple. He listens patiently and then performs perfectly, at whatever the task. He could be working at a big firm in NY or LA and charging $1000 per hour, but he instead choose to work in Sarasota where he grew up. We are lucky to have him here. You would be well served to hire him as your lawyer.

Receptionist stated that I did not qualify for SSDI due to age, though I have been working since 18 and have many credits. According to the SSA website I do, in fact, qualify. I called back to correct her and setup a consultation but my call was ignored 3 times. I left a voicemail. This sounds like an age discrimination case to me.
Please note, that I never spoke with the attorney, as I have no dealings with him, my complaint is not against him.

Christopher Smith and Mark Lee are very experienced Workman’s Comp Attorneys. I would have been lost without them. They represented me against a very large employer and WC insurance company. Without them I was even having problems receiving my WC weekly benefits (which is unlawful, but try getting the states help). All I’m trying to say is don’t try to work with your employer and WC on your own!! Employers and WC are out to make/save $$$ for themselves and you will lose your lawful benefits without Chris and Marks guidance. Both Chris and Mark where always available to answer questions or help with problems. And they maintained a professional, yet firm manner with WC and my employer. I will always highly recommend them.
