Lawyer Alvin Foreman Is the previous post happening to me?...... Yes or No.... he said everything I'm going thru now. For some reason I can not reach this Lawyer. I have tried everything. NOW>>>I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR MY BANKRUPTCY FILING.......I am now 1 Year trying to complete my case. I now have to drop to 1 STAR....do to not being able to contact my attorney. Management.......please have Alvin Foreman call is client.

Got the job done but is not good about returning calls or emails which can be very frustrating. He's a nice man and knows his stuff but it hard to get ahold of.

Alvin Foreman made a confusing and scary decision very simple and understandable. I had initially contacted another bankruptcy attorney who made me feel uneasy and wasn't interested in answering my questions unless I put a hefty retainer down. I had explained that I was out of work and could only afford a certain amount of money and they were not at all understanding so I looked into other options and luckily found Mr. Foreman. Alvin is very thorough and was empathetic to my personal situation and he spoke to me for hours on our initial consultation. He's very personable and has a way about him that just calms your nerves and let's you know that he's trustworthy, so I chose to work with him. Admittedly, due to my personal situation, my case took a bit longer to finalize than originally anticipated but nonetheless, he made the process as simple as possible; he always emailed and called when I set up phone appointments, and even went out of his way to offer cheaper options and put himself out there to front mailing costs to the treasurer for me with a promise to repay. I'm just in awe of how caring and honorable Mr. Foreman is and even now, after my case has been discharged, he continues to keep in touch and answer additional questions. Horrible, took our money never followed through with anything, never in his suito office, been to the physical office several times the reseptionist said, he is never there she has people there daily looking for him, he doesn't return calls. I have filed a claim against him.

What a unbelievably horrible experience I’ve had with Suncoast Law Office and Mr. Foreman. All seemed well when I spoke with Mr. Foreman to have him retain my services. So then I go on a payment plan for him to be retained and be my representative. Go on a payment plan and midway on the process try to reach out to him as I needed to change banks that our fees were deducted from 2 weeks later multiple calls later I get a email that it was changed and never spoke back with me as I wanted to change the deducted amount. Which at this point I still was understanding even though this hurt us financially as we needed it stretched out over another month or so. So all fees have been paid off since late April and now I’ve been trying to reach Mr. Foreman and now for the past few weeks I’ve sent email, calls and even showed up to what is supposed to be his office. No luck not one single email or phone call from him or even a assistant or other employee. So now each day over the past 2 weeks I’ve called the only number he has and in which the phone receptionist answers and ask if I would like a free consultation. Which is not what I’m looking for. After multiple calls emails and even visits I’ve gotten to the point where all I want is a refund for my services as he never responds to a client that is paid in full. While having threatening calls from debtors and letters threatening leans on our house etc. I can get his help so that I can proceed. Ok so 2400.00 to some may seem unimportant but when your going through Bankruptcy and can’t make it and this happens and you are stuck and now I need to pay for a different attorney that will work with me and keep pushing this cloud over our heads until we can proceed with Bankruptcy and move on and start over. If you are considering having this firm represent you then be warned. I’m a nice person but have absolutely lost patience with them as seriously not one call or email. I guess maybe my case isn’t important enough to him so therefore take my money and do absolutely nothing to help out.

It was hard to get in touch with Mr. Foreman at first, but when I finally did the conversation was well worth the wait.
