One thing I'd like to add is that you DON'T have to live in Trinity or Pasco County to use Kimberly Shurtleff. She will send a mobile closing agent to any part of the Greater Tampa Bay. It only makes sense to have AN ATTORNEY handle one of the largest transactions of your life FOR THE SAME PRICE OR LESS than your typical Title Company.
