This firm wanted to charge me for the consultation BEFORE they even committed to taking the case (or possibly not). What a scam!

It's best to go through the Bar Association to find help and get a consultation and legal help.This is my own opinion.
In Clearwater the Pinellas County Civil Court has a help center across from the information desk. If someone has a landlord tenant issue it's a good place to start there.Know Your Rights!

I had legal situation and I was working with Diane basta. When she appeared that she was going to take on my case . Had me to gather material then stated she wasn't going to take the case. Secondly when I was faced with a wringful eviction over service dog she stated I will have u arrested and call law in you. This was no fault of my own but the attorney jump to conclusions with out really hearing from me. She also was asking for upfront money before she could take the case but ask question to the firm how her successful rate was in winning similar cases like mine.... They couldn't provide answer. Poor business and and professional ethics.
