Professional staff and all including Dennis were always available when questions arose...Probate was handled efficiently and effectively....I would not hesitate to use them again...

Lawyer Emily skipped scheduled consultation and didn't bother to ask anyone to call and let me know. When I called in 20 mins after the scheduled time, the person who answered (was very nice) said, "I checked with her and she said there's nothing she can do to help you, so that's why she didn't call." Wow. Not saying she should be forced to help me but don't leave me hanging - at least give the courtesy of having a staff member call to tell me you won't be making it and why. Very rude and unprofessional.

I only had what seem like a couple of simple questions about a routine real estate transaction to make sure that I cover my bases legally, and am willing to compensate for time -- I am now suspicious about whether this firm actually has any experience in real estate law as their website claims.

I had a very complicated probate case, I spoke with Dennis Szafran and immediately he agreed to take my case (after 2 others had turned me away, which I am thankful for) and he allowed me to make payments. Leana helped me from the beginning because I had no clue what I needed or what needed to be done. She answered all my questions and was always in contact regarding the status of my probate.

I had my estate documents prepared in Virginia and then moved to Florida two years later. I had to have them all redone and someone recommended Dennis to me. I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately, in the beginning there were a lot of frustrating delays that were due to an individual (no longer at the firm) and not the firm itself. Leana became a god-send when she took over my estate case and moved it right along the process. She is courteous, professional and keeps you updated along the way so there’s no guesswork on your part as to where things stand. Leana prevented this from becoming a completely negative experience and I’m grateful to her for that.

Extremely efficient and professional!! Worked with Dennis on a probate matter where his client was selling a property to close out probate. Not only did he provide all of the required preliminary documents to shorten the time it would take to close, he also responded very quickly when other documents were required.
