I contacted four Attorneys to ask for a consultation regarding a Real Estate concern I had. One said he didn't want to handle the case. Another office called back. after week to say they could get me in for a consultation in 30 days. Yet another could squeeze me in 90 days later. By the way, 2 of those law groups were recommended by the Florida Bar. Finally, someone recommended John McMenmanin. He answered my phone call personally, the first time. I wanted to send him an email, so I would not omit any of the details regarding my concern. He replayed to me within the hour with a thorough response, answering all of my questions and offered a realistic legal opinion of the options I had. A local Solar company and I decided to part ways after one to many times they would tell me one thing and do something else. No work was done. The finance company the solar company got me approved though, charged my account 19.5K.

The Solar company said they credited me back May 4th. After 3 weeks of the finance company trying to get them to credit the money back no success except a promise to credit the account back.

May 23rd I meet with John. He was very professional and helpful. He quickly understood my situation and called one of the owners. With in 24 hours the situation was handled. The company wired 19.5k back to the finance company.
