OMG most horrible Lawyer in Life Stephanie is a racist and jakes up prices based on nationality tries to make you believe she’s working in your favor and she is the only one that will take your case. Trust there are plenty of better lawyers in the area. Disrespectful to Active Dury Army Veteran Family.

Mr. Dan Pawuk is the lawyer you want on your side. Dan Pawuk i professional in demeanor and appearance, well-spoken and clear, knowledgeable in may law areas, and especially kind.
He recently represented me in a legal matter that was tricky in regards to securing a DVI against a dangerous person, and Mr. Pawuk dedicated his time and energy to secure me the win for my case.
I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

Daniel Pawuk is an excellent attorney. He's extremely intelligent, professional, and took my case as seriously as I did. As soon as I hired him, I could relax. He followed up and prepared everything. Laid out the defense and explained it and handled everything in the court very professionally.

Hiring Dan was one of the worst mistakes of my life.I could have gone with the public defender and gotten the same sentence or better while saving his high attorney fee.

I've never heard of an attorney being combative with their client. I would kick his ass if he was walking past me in the street. Good luck if you go with them you'll need it. 5 out of five . Hell I'd take the turd over them.

Hired this firm several years ago to represent a family member. I found Stephanie to be arrogant and lazy. The fees may be reasonable compared to competent attorneys, but overpriced for the services provided. The attitude that came with it was at no extra charge. ;-) I can assure you I am a "real" person, and so is my relative whom I hired this law firm to represent. It is my choice to remain anonymous for the sake of my relative. My review stands as is. I see you've received a few 5 star reviews since then, and I'm wondering if they are real. I spoke to several lawyers before hiring this law firm. Both Dan and Stephanie are former prosecuting attorneys and they drew on their experience from the other side of the table. They knew exactly what to expect and they were thorough and honest. They were responsive, non judgmental and easy to talk to. My case had a grim outlook but they worked together to get the best possible outcome and I couldn't be happier with the results. There is no one I would rather have in my corner.

Dan and Stephanie Pawuk are by far the best lawyers I have ever met. Before going to Pawuk & Pawuk I had hired another attorney in Pasco County who told me that I was facing jail time for the DWLR charge I had because I had so many previous DWLR charges in another state. That attorney had pretty much assured me that I was going to jail and there was nothing he nor I could do about it. I've never been to jail so I was terrified and decided to hire Dan and Stephanie. Thank goodness I did because they were not only able to get me an awesome deal and keep me from going to jail, but they were also able to help me get my driving record completely straightened out in the state I lived in before, which had been a mess for years. I was amazed at how thorough they were and how they knew my case inside and out, as I had never had an attorney like that before. They seemed to really care about me and did everything they could possibly do to get a favorable outcome for me. I couldn't be more pleased with them and if I ever need an attorney again, I will definitely call them.

$250 just to consult a case for tenancy, my ass. Don't even know the slightest if litigation is in favor, to move toward.
I'll call them if I get incarcerated for a first degree fealony, in which don't expect the call.

Excellent law firm. I was able to call and speak immediately to one of the partners (Daniel). He first gave me advice on how to resolve the situation myself without having to engage his services. Then he told me how the case would proceed from their if that approach didn't work, and told me exactly how much he would charge. I called several other firms in the area as well, and imho this guy is the best call you can make... professional, ethical, and truly helpful.
