Mr. Guard is a kind enough man, but his direct council put me in SIGNIFICANT jeopardy of losing my vehicle.
Though I understand experiences may vary, I personally found Mr. Guard incapable of answering my very articulate & simple questions. Essentially, I paid him $1,000 (half of his retainer) for the luxury of being confused, the fear of losing my vehicle & ultimately to pay over $1,300 more to move forward with council who was able to rectify my case in (literally) 4 days (I had been working with Mr. Guard for the better part of 5 months).
I would not recommend Mr. Guard to anyone in seeking Financial Legal Council. You’d be better served to light $1,000 on fire to keep warm for comfort.
