Probably the worst communication skills of all time. Doesn't seem like they want to get it settled in any sort of time for themselves, but has a habit of emailing and demanding information even though they give you none themselves. Talked to me for a week before asking that my husband contact them for permission to talk to me, then told me they weren't going to speak with me anymore.... Emailed multiple times, no answer, then basically told me they were waiting on things and I should have waited... (didn't tell me they were waiting for information). Then sent paperwork for me to sign - wrong name. Told them it was the wrong name (that's when they told me they would only work with my husband.). After that they sent the paperwork in the mail. We signed and sent back (we sent the paperwork back on FEBRUARY 1ST 2020 that agreed to the amount and when to pay) and received an email 4 days later stating that we were late on the payment that was due on the 31st. How? How is that possible since the agreement wasn't even signed and sent back in???
