We us U.S. Deeds for all out of state deeds, and they are always helpful, prompt, and fairly priced. It's great they can handle anywhere and you can track the progress on their website.

We have had several issues with them not responding to correspondence and them taking 2-3 months to return drafted deeds although they commit to a 15 day turn around time. They are also very hard to get ahold of by phone. When i brought this to the supervisors attention they didn't take responsibility for their error in missing these deadlines or the effect it had on our client's planning.
On other occasions we have had errors in the legal descriptions because they do no research to ensure the deed provided matches the parcel number listed. We've submitted deeds that contained multiple tracts and they take a picture of the legal and paste it without ensuring it is correct. They took no responsibility for those errors either.
Their prices are reasonable but it will definitely fall on the customer to double check the work and follow up diligently to ensure your orders don't fall through the cracks.
