This law firm contacted me today for one of my 1099 sub. Threatened to take me to court and hung up on me because he is self-employed and I can't garnish his pay. Unethical tactics.

Criminal tactics! Waited 11 years to notify me of a judgement, purposely let interest collect for over 11 years. Then started garnishing wages . Horrible! Never contacted me or tried to make payment arrangements. Lawyers who prey on people who have had unfortunate situations that have happened to them. Shameful!
