If I could give no star at all I would. Things started good. I spoke to the attorney Michael and he was very nice and he said he would take my case and that he would have his staff send me the contract so I could pay him upfront. I waited 2 weeks it never came. I called and they said sorry we will send it. I waited 3 weeks it never came. I called every month from August until January and it never came. The office kept saying the attorney would call and each day I said he didn’t they apologized and said they would tell him again. I then made another appointment and I called the day before to confirm and the morning of to confirm and I was assured I was on his calendar and he would call. When he was an hour late I called again and they said he was running behind and he would call. HE NEVER DID. I called the next day to be greeted with shock from his staff and assurances. STILL NO CALL. I asked if he didn’t want the case I understood just tell me. They said he would call. STILL NO CALL. I WOULD NEVER TRUST OR USE A FIRM LIKE THIS.

Michael Steinberg won my case for me!! My former lawyer quit on me with no reason I was legally blind and the lawyer they gave me did nothing. When I called and complained about the lawyer they gave me they had that lawyer call me back and basically fire me. Morgan & Morgan you are not for the people!

Jacklyn is working very diligently to get my SSDI case approved through the appeal process. It's going to the Federal level next. Hopefully it gets approved after the many years waiting.

Been disabled for over 8yrs..and with this firm for at least 4 of them...Judge said I could work about 4 hrs a day for a couple days..still disabled and I don't know what lawyers are doing??? Never informed

I contacted this office regarding a social security case and I was set up with an appointment with Mark Cohen. He asked for paperwork and I was contacted by a secretary for my information. She was very rude, didn't listen and kept cutting me off. I told her if this is how this company handles their clients then I didn't want to proceed. She assured me they are a good group but she didnt want to have their time wasted and she was going to set me up with another appointment with Mark Cohen to clarify his notes that they didnt understand. I get a call from Mr.Cohen and he said Im reading over the notes and we're not going to be able to help you based on the notes. He then gave me a referral number. That was very unprofessional and a waste of time. She could have told me that before she made the appointment. Be careful with this group.

So far my experience with them has been great. The staff is very perfessional and attentive.

This post will most likely be deleted, because that's how rich attorneys are able to keep providing terrible service to be people, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, he shows up late to hearings,he never prepares you for the hearings, he takes so many cases that all his court dates are basically like a day at the casino for him, he makes off the easy wins, his office loses papers, he is the worst.

Wonderful service. Cares enough to try to understand what I am going through. Takes a while for an appointment but worth the wait!
