He's great all the way. Answers his phone when you call, instead of having to leave a message. He keeps you updated with everything. The reason I chose him for my family members case, was because I seen him in action with my friend's case. My friend was looking at prison time & he got him off with probation. I just got out of court with my family member that was looking at 5 to 15 years, & they offered him a few years probation & jail time. Tim was able to drop the jail time & get 2 years probation & if they compley, in 18 months, they could get early termination of probation. He is a mirical worker. Brenda Rolinski — 5 starOur son unfortunately got into some serious legal trouble. He was facing prison time from the beginning. Tim continued his case several times to continue negotiating with the States Attorney. I am not going to lie I was a little upset by this as we had to fly him back and forth from Illinois each time. Tim reassured us everytime it was in our sons best interest. In the end Tim was able to negotiate house arrest as oppsed to a 3 year prison term. Also we were on vacation in Jamaica when he got arrested.
