Completely disregard anyone who says Herb Fiss cares nothing about the welfare of children; making sure my teen daughter lived in a stable environment was his priority in my divorce case. He has two really great children of his own, so he understands the importance of making sure children are in a safe family situation. My father is the hardest working man I know. As his daughter, I can tell you he cares about all people, ESPECIALLY women (I am referring to the ill-founded review of course). He even encouraged me to study Law. Me, a woman! He has instilled work ethic and good morals within me, by example, that I could not find in anyone else. Anyone saying otherwise clearly has not spent any time with him. I wouldn't want to face him in court either because you're not going to face an easy fight! A great lawyer should care about the people he represents, and he does 100%. He takes his job to another level, making it as personal as possible. This lawyer is horrible !! He is an advocate for keeping children away from their parents and cares about nothing more than a win ! He unethical and bashes women who are looking to enter the law field .. at a previous trial he ridiculed and laughed at me when my lawyer mentioned that I would be taking the bar not to mention he lost BOTH TRIALS on that day! His low reviews and ratings definitely reflect his poor law skills and lack of any type of knowledge or morality when it comes to family law !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or your money on this bottom of the barrel rookie. He has no compassion and clearly no children either !
