1800 Debt Relief is amazing! I had to file bankruptcy because my wages were being garnished and I couldn't afford what they were taking out of my check and it was more then double the amount I owed with attorney fees and late fees and they helped me with no money down and very affordable payments! I went in for my consultation. Attorney was running behind schedule but, staff kept me informed. Everyone was pleasant. I had all of my queations and concerns addressed. Leigh was excellent! She took her time with me answered all 50 questions that I had. She responded to emails in a timely manner.

This was the most horrible experience with this group. This the FIRST I've ever written any kind of review on a company and I could not go by without writing this, so that the public can know what to expect. I called 1 month before we were due to make our final bankruptcy payment to make sure we did not need to do anything. We were told there is nothing, well there was an very important paper that needed to be signed. 2 months later we received a letter from the courts stating our bankruptcy would not be discharged due to that paper not being
completed. I call to the office to f/u and the lady who answered the phone was very very rude, and didn't know what was going on. We finally received the paper via email, we signed it, fax it back. One month later called to f/u, they said we would need to sign that paper. The paper had already been signed it, and they had not filed with the court house. I took my copy and filed with the court myself. There was such a nice person who was more than willing to assist me with filing the paperwork for discharge. 2 days later we received our discharge from the court. Here it's 2 months later and here we receive a letter from this SORR SORRY legal group stating our bankruptcy has been discharged!!! I would NOT recommend these ppl to ANYONE!!!!
Communication is very very poor. Stay as FAR as you possibly can, our experience with them was very horrible.

One great thing about working with Alan is that you're working directly with an attorney - not a paralegal or a some referral group.

I don't write a lot of reviews but Alan and his team helped my family tremendously and I just wanted to take a few minutes to share. I have referred close family and friends to him and he truly makes the process easy. Everyone goes through hard times and Alan was there every step of the way and thoroughly explained the whole process from start to finish. He was always available to talk with and was very responsive with email communication. There are a lot of attorneys out there and I spent a lot of time researching attorneys and I could not be any happier with the service and support we received. Alan is very knowledgeable in his field and everyone we had contact with made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

These guys are exactly what consumers need to stay protected. They are fast, smart, honest and efficient. They were there when I needed them. I firmly believe the problem I had was resolved quickly (same day) partially due to Debt Relief being mentioned. They are well known and based on this obviously honest.
