I feel like I overpaid and find it Extremely difficult to get in contact with Elliot. Several of my emails have never been answered. The soonest call appointment is typically 2 weeks out. Three times the rate of many of the Attorneys... I expected a little more.

I don’t even know where to begin, I remember when I was looking for a dui attorney, I went on google and typed in best lawyer in Tampa for a dui and the first firm that popped up was mr Wilcox’s firm. I then read the reviews because I knew I needed a lot of help and someone who was really experienced to take my case because I already had a lawyer and he was afraid to take it because I was already on probation for a dui and I violated with a second dui. I was for sure I would be facing jail time. So I called mr Wilcox and then we met. I explained my case and he explained to me how severe it was but he was for sure he can handle it. I had a warrant out for my arrest because of the violation which we discussed. Then he said we have to take action despite of the warrant I listened to EVERYTHING he instructed me to do to avoid jail. On the day of court I was scared, I had no sleep the day prior all I could do was pray and trust God that I had I great lawyer. Court was tough because the judge wanted me to know how serious my situation was but then she looked and said you have a great lawyer! She revoked and reinstated my probation, mr Wilcox was able to reduce my dui to lower bal and I walked out with the minimum court fees! I thank God for Mr Wilcox because God knows how much I couldn’t go to jail at the time and because of him and mr wilcox I had no jail time and I have control of my life again. Elliott handled what seemed to be an impossible case for me. It was a first offense DUI charge that was over .15 breath test. This was in August of last year. The case was settled in April of this year and knocked down to reckless driving with probation, community service and DUI school.
