Mr. Spicola was completely upfront when handling my speeding citation. He didn't tell me that the ticket would be dismissed like I wanted to hear. He was honest and told me a few things that could happen. Once I paid him, he sent me a receipt and all of the documents I needed by email. My citation was not dismissed like I had hoped, but I did get out of points that would have cost me more than the citation itself. That is a win in my book. I would hire Mr. Spicola again.
