Last year my family and I were in a rear-end accident where a another driver hit us. Mark was more than helpful. He showed up to my house to drop off the paperwork and to go over the case and any information we had at the time. Scary Bark. DEVASTATING BITE!!!
My landlord posted an eviction notice on my door and then sued me to have me evicted. Not only did Mark keep me in my rental house for more than a YEAR after the eviction notice was posted, but Mark also negotiated a settlement for me of over $10,000.00 (which I received from my landlord very quickly). Plus, my landlord had to pay for 100% of Mark's attorney fees. AMAZING!!! Question: What is the difference between Mark Tischhauser, Attorney at Law and a Pit Bull? Answer: Mark knows exactly when to bark and exactly when to BITE. And God HELP the person who he BITES!!!

Mark saved my life. An attorney from our moving company threatened to sell our furniture in 24 hours.( all bills were paid). He immediately resolved the situation within an hour. His fee was very reasonable and he understood the difficult position we were in. I am more than satisfied with his courteous service and results. I spoke with Mark concerning a situation with my boyfriend’s Truck, it stopped running and we had a sears auto center repair it. An attorney is actually supposed to listen and evaluate the situation. He assumed that we were lying about maintaining the truck even though I told him my boyfriend has all the records. He insisted there would have been a sign something was wrong prior to when we broke down and I had to keep repeating there was no issue and the truck was running fine and never had that issue happen prior he kept insisting and manipulating the story to say the truck was consistently stopping at the side of the road and we would wait for it to cool down before running it, which was not the case, we never had the truck break down prior to this, we stopped when we had the issue, called AAA and waited for a tow truck but the car turned back on and drove to sears so we cancelled the tow. All of which there is record of but because of his arrogance he kept making false assumptions and talking over me when I would correct him because apparently in his “experience” knowing engines thats not the case - He was extremely arrogant and condescending. Ive never seen an attorney work against someone in such a combative and rude manner. It was so frustrating and he kept talking over me and arrogantly trying to throw his alleged experience at me, and basically implying that I am lying to him because, clearly, he cannot be wrong and we must have not maintained the truck - even though I kept telling him we have record of all the maintenance. He also stated that we wouldn't get any Money out of sears for an engine repair, even though I never said that was even our goal - clearly the assumption is we are trying to get something we are not owed. Our goal was to recoup the money we spent on useless repairs that didn't address the issue - if we were mechanics we wouldn't take the truck to a mechanic and we simply expect accurate information when we take the truck to a professional. An attorney needs to give you an accurate depiction of whether or not you have a case and I can understand if he feels we don't have a case, but he should still listen to the complete story, not assume we are trying to extort someone and definitely not be so abusive with his delivery. I understood, given the type of case, I would deal with a very low brow attorney, however he is a new level of classless and unprofessional demeanor I was not expecting. The experience was so awful I hung up and blocked him.

I've dealt with a lot of lawyers on both sides of the table, including having just wrapped up my 3rd case for Mark Tischhauser not JUST handling all successfully, but where the difference in knowledge of the law between attorneys is so strikingly lopsided as to assure me the other side never even had a chance.

My confidence from what I've seen is now such that I'm about to offer him whatever it takes to get him to handle an out of state case for more than I could hire an out of state attorney for simply because I would sleep easy at night knowing my case was in Mr Tischhauser's hands.

I ran into a situation recently where I questioned if I would need to file a lawsuit against a church for slander/defamation of character but I wasn't quite sure what all went into pursuing something like this so I reached out to this law firm and spoke to Mark directly for a little over a half hour and he gave me GREAT advice!!!
