The staff at Nyman Turkish is and was extremely helpful with my case. The main Case Manager that I worked with was Lacy Canzoneri . She was very understanding and kind to talk to on the phone, also very knowledgeable of what to expect and how to deal with the logistics of the case.

WOW.IM NOT A JOURNALIST.MY TYPING IS TERRIBLE.I USED TO LIVE IN ARKANSAS THATS WHERE I SEEN THEIR ADD.BUT U KNOW WHEN I TRIED IN ARKANSAS I DIDN'T START MY CLAIM.I WENT UP TO MICHIGAN TO SEE SOME PEOPLE I GREW UP WITH.IVE GOT ALOT OF THINGS WRONG WITH ME.AND IM A VETERAN AND I HAVE SERVICE CONNECTED ISSUES ALSO.I HAVE THINGS IM NOT COMPENSATED FOR.SO PEOPLE SAID FILE AGAIN.I DID FILE ONCE AND GOT DENIED.ANY WAY I HAD NYMAN TURKISH POP UP ON MY PHONE.TO ME GOD PUT IT IN MY GMAIL.SO I CALLED.I BELIEVE MEGAN #1GOT ME STARTED.THEN MEGAN#2 THEN I BELIEVE MELISA.THEY HELPED ME FILE AND EVE R Y QUESTION I HAD WAS ANSWERED.THE STAFF KEPT MY GOALS AND MY FOCUS ON THE LONG TERM GOALS.THEN I MET JESSICA I LOVED HER PERSONALITY.DOWN TO EARTH .NOT SNOBBY AT ALL.SHE PREPPED ME AND IT WAS THE BEST.THE JUDGE TURNED ME DOWN.I WAS DOWN .NUT JESSICA SAID U HAVE THE CASE AND WE APPEALED AND WON.THEY HEARD MY GOALS .WHICH WAS TO LIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES.THE BACK PAY ALLOWED ME TO BUY MY TICKETS AND ALL I NEED TO LIVE .I DONT OWE NOBODY.I PAY BILLS BECAUSE I HAVE INCOME.NOW HERES THE KICKER.WHEN U GET A CHECK THEY TAKE OUT YOUR LAWYERS FEE.YOU GET A LETTER TELL U THEY TOOK IT OUT.AND SAY THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED.WELL THEY TOOK OUT MORE THEN I OWED NYMAN TURKISH.SO I THOUGHT THEY WOULD DIRECT DEPOSIT IT LIKE IN A MONTH.WELL 9 MONTHS GO BY AND NO MONEY.I TEXTED JESSICA SHE REFERED ME TO BEVERLY AND FOR MONTH SHE WOULD CALL SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENT CENTER.REMEMBER IM OVER HERE IN PHILIPPINES.COST MONEY ALOT.AND IM 13 HOURS AHEAD OF STATES.SHE KEPT SAYING TO ME THEY ARE INVESTIGATING IT ILL CALL BACK.SO ANY WAY I HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY HERE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL.ANY WAY THEY KEPT GIVING BEVERLY OTHER DATES TO CALL IF WE DONT GET PAID.I AM A VERY DIRECT PERSON I SAID DID THEY PAY U AND SHE SAID NO.ISAID OK.I BELIEVED HERE.SO SHE ALWAYS SAID I APPRECIATE UR PATIENCE DAVID.SO 14 MONTHS LATER I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND BAM THERE IT WAS.I IMMEDIATLY TEXTED BEVERLY AND SAID YAHOO.I GOT IT.HAPPY HOLIDAYS.IT WAS 13 DAYS BEFORE XMAS.THE AMOUNT I GOT MADE THE KIDS XMAS AND MY SWEETIES.HEY THEY ARENT STRICT LAWYERS TO US THEY ARE HUMANS .THEY COMFORTED ME WHEN I NEEDED IT.IM LIVING MY DREAM.IT TOOK ME 42 YEARS TO COME BACK.IM TAKING CARE OF MYSELF AND MY FAMILY BECAUSE OF THIS.I HAD TO LIVE OFF GOVERMENT.NOW I OWN ALL MY FURITURE.ALL MY HOUSE HOLD STUFF.IT LIVE GOOD MY INCOME IS PAYING MY BILLS. IF U HAVE THE DOCUMENTED INJURIES AND HAVE HOPE.BELIEF IN TO ME IT WAS GOD.GO FOR IT NYMAN TURKISH WILL DO THEIR PART.TODAY I GOT MY MONEY AND FOUND OUT MY WIFE IS PREGNANT.IM 65 YEARS OLD.SHE MISCARRIAGED THREE MONTHS AGO.NOW SHES STRONGER EATING GREAT.HEY NYMAN TURKISH .HELP ME TO GET WHAT I NEEDED TO BECOME INDEPENDANT AGAIN .IM LOVING LIFE AND GIVING POOR KIDS A BETTER LIFE AND IM NOT ALONE.NYMAN TURKISH TO ME IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIVING IN DETROIT IN SUBSIDISE HOUSING ALONE OR LIVING WITH MY FAMILY HAPPY AND FREE AND ENJOYING LIFE AND HELPING OTHERS.IM BLESSED.THANK U NYMAN TURKISH JESSICA BEVERLY MEGAN MELISA.ALL ARE A PART OF MY NEW LIFE.

I had applied for disability several times, even hired an advocate team to help me. I was denied time and time again. The process was seamless with Nyman and Turkish, within 1 year I was approved for Disability. I could not have done this without them. My case manager was knowledgeable and available to me. Even after I won my disability, she is still there for me with any questions I may have.

The disability application process is quite a daunting task. It required a lot of patience and trust on my part, and the knowledge and experience of my Nyman Turkish team for my positive outcome. I am so incredibly grateful to the entire team, especially Beverly and Christopher Deem for their efforts in my case. There were times I felt that I could have been better informed, especially early in the application process, however, I know now that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. On hearing day, it was quite apparent that Chris and Beverly had done their homework and were completely prepared!
