Jill is a great attorney, she has helped me out on multiple occasions. She is very knowledgeable, always professional and easy to talk to.

First off. Her husband is the one answering the phones. Nothing but attitude from him. Very disgusted with the service this office provided. First I paid in full for chapter 7. Then I went to sign papers and she says I need to file chapter 11 as well. The first was like 600 or 700 $$$. I dont recall the exact amount. But then I got sick and could not make the payments for the 11. Owing 325.00. But know I called and asked if she can go ahead and file the one I paid off. Chapter 7. They now have NO records of it. So basically they took my money and did absolutely nothing!!! I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. Her husband said I need to pay off my balance, take the class again, and bring in tax return and income statements, before she will do anything. Now my health is worse need heart surgery and Bill's are pillling up. I see this as a lost cause and hopeless situation.

I would pass on this attorney. While she was polite... I did what we talked about and got yelled at by her admin husband. Plus her follow up skills are horrible. Pay a few extra bucks for someone with a little bit a follow through and someone who can actually help and has office staff who respond and aren’t rude. Everything in business is how you treat people and how you follow through.

Jill is a great! She offers a monthly payment plan which is what I needed to get my Ch. 7 done. I highly recommend her.

Filing bankruptcy was a hard decision for me to make. I felt like I put myself in the situation as far as ruining my credit and I needed to pay my debts. The more I tried, the more trouble I seemed to get into. Calling Jill was the BEST decision I made. She explained the process, answered my questions and let me know what to expect. After my first visit, it was like a weight being lifted off my shoulders. I recommend Jill to anyone considering bankruptcy. Trust you will not be disappointed.

This might be one of the best experiences I have had with an attorney. Filing a bankruptcy was not an easy decision. Jill and her staff made this as painless as possible and were all very professional. I was astonished at how simple she made a very complicated situation look. She told us up front what to expect and followed through every step of the way. If you are looking for an attorney for any reason you would be remiss if you did not at least speak to her.

First, I received notification that I owed for a collection for a hospital bill. My name was on the envelope and addressed to me. When I opened it. It had the wrong name, number and address of a person that I didn't know. I called this law office and spoke with Stephen. I explained that I received this correspondence in error. He then said that I owed for a bill that I don't recall. One thing I do know for sure is that I was fully insured at the time. He abruptly said, "take it up with the judge". No! How about you take it up with the person that couldn't read and sent me the wrong correspondence. And not violate the HIPPA law by sending me someone else's personal medical information to a complete stranger. Because I can prove that I was insured, and you just proved that you are not a professional Stephen. Disappointed at how people who are supposed to be reputable and have integrity can show complete disregard to someone trying to find a solution to a problem. Shameful!

My response: Sorry, but you don't make sense. If I was running from a debt or obligation. I would not be calling you let you know of the occurence. That's neither here nor there. I handle my obligations, and will do so in regards to this matter. I don' t appreciate you trying in insinuate that I'm running or hiding from my responsibilities. That's your opinion, and as a lawyer you should only be stating facts. My issue was the customer service I received. I'm not angry or upset. Just very disappointed in your behavior. So much so that I had to create this review, which is very rare for me. But I so compelled to do so based on how you handled me. I can only hope that you are mindful with how you speak and treat people. Lesson for next time. Thanks!

She worked with me and helped me set everything up properly before court. I just finished my last payment for her work and I have my life back. A few months after the bankruptcy had gone through and everything was already getting better. Would definitely recommend 1000%
