A few months ago my sister, brother and I hired Mr. Frazier to guide us through our mothers Medicaid process and that went fine, but once the paperwork was complete and he was paid, Mr. Frazier could not be bothered with answering any further questions that came up. Not even a return phone call to my brother that just had a simple yes or no question. Since my sister has tried reaching out to him just this past week and he could not be bothered once again. Don't waste your families hard earned money on this attorney!

I and my two sisters hired Mr Frazier to process my mothers Medicaid application, that in it self went well. At one point my sister had a question, After a days Mr. Frazier did return her call, but had a "don't bother me" attitude.
Just recently I called him with a very simple question, after a few days his secretary returned my call, took the info and said that "he will return your call on Monday (this was on a Friday). By Tuesday afternoon I had not received a return call, so I called and left another voice mail. Soon after that I received a texted from sister saying that he called her asking me to stop calling him, he went on to say that he will not return my calls because my sisters name is on the paper work. Yes, she did sign everything, but he received "our" not her money. In the time that it took to call my sister he could've answered my question. Keep in mind that this was only the second time within 3-months that I contacted him with a question.

I firmly believe that I was truly lucky when I found attorney Mr. John Frazier to represent me. My case was some what difficult, and needed someone with patience and diligence. I had many inaccuracies with attorneys in the past, but Mr. Frazier not only handled my case professionally, and with equal care and quality as another case that may have been more lucrative for his firm, I am so happy to write this review because he not only helped my situation 100% but was able to do it in such a short time frame which is never heard of. The office personnel Ms. Amy and Donna were equally polite, professional and prompt. They also, never made me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions and walked me through some unfamiliar territory. I will not only be a future client, I will continue to visit and highly recommend and refer my family and friends who may need legal service.

Anyone responsible for the care of an elderly loved one who is ready for full time nursing home care must fully understand the associated cost. It can be imposing especially if the individual does not qualify for medicaid per state requirements. Navigating through the financial maze is not for the uninitiated nor is it a "do it yourself" project. To insure success the assistance of a qualified attorney is worth every bit of the associated fee. In my case Attorney John Frazier was outstanding. He and his staff were extremely helpful, thorough and quite frankly impressive in their knowledge and approach to handling assets and income. I would highly recommend him to anyone caught in the dilemma of not qualifying for medicaid due to net worth and/or income level.
