Everytime I reached out to him he had no clue who I was without the file and I worked with him almost a year.

STAY AWAY He is only a salesman. Once he gets your money you do not exist. He even lies to you rather than looks up the correct answer. I was going to place the email from him verses the email the court sent me, but I am not sure of the client attorney laws and he is not worth my time to add anything extra into him.
We really appreciate all you do! Thank you for helping my family & friends❤️ Great fully smiling Ms.Calvin

Do not waste your money. I paid Mr Pingor to help with a case. Everytime I contacted him he would say, contact my secretary. I would research the answers I needed. Never seem to have time to give information on the case. Complete waste of money and time. Take it from me, hire someone that still cares about their job and helping people.

I provided him with plenty of evidence that should have gotten me free, but he never looked at it. He never even knew who I was when I called him. I was with him almost a year and he ended up having me settle with the state rather than defending me in trial.

Apathetic to say the least. I chose this attorney because of his excited attitude on the phone. Long story short I was waiting in my car for my ride to come and get me, and the fact that I had been sitting outside waiting on them caused him to say "Oh that's an easy one! You paid the tab at 1100 and the cop found you in the parking lot after midnight shows you weren't going to drive anywhere". So that, and researching him on FB made me think he was the guy for me. Boy was I wrong. He put off the PTC for 7 months. I thought it was gathering info, doing paperwork stuff etc. In fact, the letter he was to send to the state that said I was waiting on my cousin never got sent. I asked for copies of the letter, asked if I should send the letter, asked what info was needed from me for the letter.....all I ever got was that "Brian will take care of that". Being that he never asked me for the name of the person coming to get me (information he said he would NEED for the letter) it's safe to assume it never got sent. As of today (almost 8 months after my DUI arrest) I've still received no copies of the letter.
Also, I spoke to this guy ONE TIME before my case. Kelly the receptionist was the only helpful person there. He basically blew smoke up my behind and acted like he was doing something when in fact there was NOTHING GOING ON. My attorney friend said likely he kept postponing the PTC so that he could line a few clients up for one day. Who knows...
On the date of my ptc, 7 months after my arrest, he showed up late to the courthouse and walked right by me and proceeded to talk with the bailiff guys. Basically ignored me. By the time he finished talking with them he got a plea agreement and told me we were gonna just "get it all done today" like we were going to ask for some kind of break. Basically the guy had me sign a form that plead me guilty...basically there was no need whatsoever for me having an attorney. I could just as easily have plead guilty from day one and LITERALLY been done with my suspension! I thought what we were doing was getting adjudication withheld but that wasn't the case.
Long story short, I am speaking to a local attorney and will file a complaint with the BAR.
DO NOT use this guy as an attorney. He is terrible and in my case did absolutely none of the things he said he would.

After reviewing my old criminal case (2009-2010), I stumbled upon the name of my original "regional counselor" Mr. Brian Pingor. As I reflect back on his representation on my case it still baffles me how unprofessional this fool was. While all my codefendants got visitation from there lawyers to go over their case, I would only see mine on the court date. When the judge ordered a phycological evaluation for my codefendants and I, everyone got one except for me. And when I asked my lawyer if I would be receiving one too he said I didn't need one however I suspect he was just too lazy to set one up. And finally the icing on the cake was on our final court date before sentencing he was falling asleep during our testimonies!!! I've read all the reviews on here and from a personal experience, sadly only the negative ones are true. If you or someone you know is being represented by this classless clown, hire someone else.
