I just received a call from this group. It was a telemarketing call to ask me to use them for tax representation. When I questioned the rate of $3900 for a service I just found for $1200, the representative became very pushy and insulting. She raised her voice, mocked my divorce, mocked my faith, and tried to bully me. When I explained that I just wanted to compare rates, she said that I should "move along". Mind you, she called me to get my business then acted like her sham telemarketing tax lawyer group was too good to represent me... simply because I wanted to compare rates. I called another Insight Tax in Florida (that's all the info I had about the company) and the owner explained that they were a problem even for him because their terrible service, and fraud, had been mistakenly attributed to him many times. I would never give these clowns any business, and I actually am looking for the service they provide...

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, 5 STARS, 3 THUMBS UP, THIS TEAM IS THE BEST !!! DO NOT GO TO THE IRS WITHOUT INSIGHT TAX GROUP IN FRONT OF YOU.....YOU CANNOT ACCOMPLISH WHAT THEY CAN AND WILL !! The dreaded "tax liens" appeared on my credit score, causing it to drop by more than 170 points, so I did my diligent online research. ( I'm not sure how anyone would deem Insight less than stellar ). From the moment I spoke with them to establish my options until the day my account with them was closed was nothing short of pleasant, professional progress. And the SAVINGS was more than 300% of their costs to represent me. They saved me 10's of thousands of $$$ overall and were able to have the tax liens removed from my credit report in a very timely fashion. I really can't say enough about their entire staff. It's been over 2 years since my account with them was closed yet even today they were available to give me prompt, professional advice.
