Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. You have to always call and ask for updates and when they say that they will call you back, they never do. When you ask to speak to the lawyer or the assistant, they will lie to you and tell you that they’re busy and can’t talk right now.

Santiago is a horrible lawyer with no moral ethics. He is a man that just wants the most out of your pocket with the least concerns for your legal issues. He throws a nice pitch but after you bite, horrible results and will leave you broke.

Rolando Santiago goes around screwing people over for properties. Do not do any business with this lawyer.
