Mathew B. Sullivan's office was the closing attorney chosen by the seller of an investment property that we purchased. I had to babysit the process to ensure that the correct documents were used and that actions were being carried out in a timely manner. Even with this and being told that everything was going according to plan, two days before closing we discovered that they forgot to order the requested survey and had to order a rush. Mind you I was told this had been completed two weeks prior. They didn't require us to show proof of funds, and at closing the assistant kept bringing the wrong documents. I sat alone in their conference room while he ran back and forth three times trying to figure out what I needed to sign. Then they recorded the property at $9,000 less than we paid and provided title insurance for that incorrect amount. Both our attorney and I tried to contact them on multiple occasions, but neither of us could get a return call or an email reply. In short, this office is disorganized and incompetent; I will refuse to use them in the future.

Extreme lack of professionalism. I was a client of Matthew's and working with him and his assistant Lauren Rein was an absolute nightmare. Very unresponsive, lack of communication, never returned phone calls. Matthew hung up on me on several different occasions for simply "asking too many questions." I would not recommend anyone to hire Matthew and his team for any reason.

Took three days to wire transfer funds from a cash deal. No response to phone calls or emails for days. Beware . Although, Lauren was AMAZING! She righted Sullivan’s lack of professionalism and wired funds within minutes.

I have utilized Matt and Lauren for a long period of time to handle closings, title issues and other real estate related matters. They are excellent at what they do and work relentlessly on behalf of their client.

Had some legal documents signed here, Mr.Sullivan was very personable and took time to go over all the documents with me. The room we signed the documents in was very hot and that was distracting.

Matthew and Lauren are professional and courteous, I cant think of another Real Estate attorney that i would consider using. Matt has been able to clear up some very complicated Title issues and Lauren is a joy to work with.

He has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees and court costs by preventing issues from arising ahead of time versus after the fact. I have dealt with a lot of real estate transactions over the years mostly with investment properties and Matt Sullivan has helped so much with complicated transactions, always providing great service, and he's helped me with tons of legal questions in a timely manner. There are many different landlord-tenant situations that end up requiring an attorney to guide though it, and Matt has been exceptional. Highly recommended.

Not a professional title company. We sent a cancellation agreement and it took a phone call 7 days later to confirm check will be sent. When asked if it would be sent certified I received terrible service and push back. Waiting for a call from the owner so hopefully he can rectify all of this.
