Tucker & Ludin helped me with my disability case. I had attempted to apply on my own and soon realized how much of a bureaucratic mess it is. They helped every step of the way. They collected all of my medical records, dealt with the SSA, and made sure everything was handled in a timely fashion. Social Security will do their best to deny your claim even losing paperwork. Having a good attorney to make sure they do things correctly is so important. My case went all the way to an appeal hearing with an administrative law judge. My attorney, Bill, was on point and we won my case. After years of fighting and wanting to give up I’m so glad I didn’t but definitely couldn’t have done it without this great firm.

At this point it looks like I will win my case but continue to play the waiting game!! I say give the man a call!!

I wouldn't go to Tucker and Luden if my life depended on them and they offered to represent me for free. Especially in that scenario because I know I would be doomed. My husband and I retained them for my husbands veterans benefits case. They represented him for months and in that time frame we never received not one phone call, not one. No updates nothing I would periodically call them to check and see how the case was coming along and each time I was told the same thing. That the VA flat out refuses to hand over my husbands records. At first I didn't doubt this because the VA is like this but after awhile I'm like wait a minute that's what we hired YOU for. YOU ARE OUR LAWYER. It's not legal for the VA to flat out refuse you his records when you need them to properly represent him. What are you going to do about it? There's really nothing we can do. WHAT!!!!????? Couple more months go by my husband calls and he's about had it with them, guess what they tell him? Oh we sent you a letter, didn't you get it?? NO, we didn't get any letter from you!!! They dropped him as a client about 3 or 4 weeks ago. When we asked why they said the lawyer that handles veterans claims is no longer with them.

John Tucker made arrangements to call me when apprised of my case regarding disability and spoke with me on the telephone at length to discuss recommendations and helpful suggestions on how I might best proceed. I offered to send him a check for his legal advice, which has been of great benefit to me in processing my claim, but he refused payment. This is an uncommon characteristic for an attorney and speaks well of him and his firm. Besides, it was an awfully nice thing to do for a disabled Texas veteran trying to provide for his wife. Should my case require legal counsel in the future, his will be the first number I call.

Could not have beaten Cigna without Mr. Tucker. After they cut me off, I called a bunch of lawyers, and no one would take my case because it is an ERISA case. John Tucker got my long term disability turned back on. Now I get my check each month, and he is staying on the case to make sure Cigna does not hassle me anymore. He always answered my questions, and his paralegal Dana was awesome.
