Scott Orsini isn't your typical attorney. He cares about you, your case, and your family. I'm from Indiana, and when I started a custody battle in FL, I had no idea where to start. After "2 heartless money hungry attorneys," I found Scott Orsini, and my life has been forever changed.
I went into his office scared, alone, and shaken up. He made me feel comfortable, and he didn't take advantage of my not having much money or knowledge of the legal system. Scott saved me and my baby. He's more of a hero than an attorney .

Professional theft in my opinion. Makes up invoice statements with dramatically false quantities (not fluffing hours but 5-10 times the actual amount). Will hold your case hostage and will send a bill a day before your hearing for way more money than you agreed on and already paid for. Paid $2500 and tried to bill be for an additional $5000 on what I later found out later should have only cost me $0 to $500. Dishonest, stalls cases, and is very manipulative for his own gain. Horrible communication. Lazy and wont do what you ask. I won my case, but not because anything he did or say. Was told he would sue me for leaving a negative review. Scott Orsini is a great example of why people hate lawyer’s.

I don't know what Scott Orsini is like now but he was our lawyer in the late 1990's. We were in a custody battle with my grand daughter's mother. Later our grand daughter's mother told us she was dating Scott Orsini. He later told us we should get another lawyer but didn't tell us why. Hopefully, he is older and wiser.

Scott did nothing but take my money, have my case more messed up and now won't return calls. Contact me Scott so I can let u know how garbage you are. Ive tried to contact him to.modify my case and he won't even pick up. We never had an argument or anything, he just knows he is garbage

I had to fire Scott and hire another attorney after he kept stalling my case.

Scott Orsini is very tenacious and dedicated to my case I will post again when he has finished but I have hope and he has put my mind at ease already. THANK YOU

I had a legal question about a banking issue. Scott Orsini made time for me the day I called and listened to my problem. Although I went into the office expecting to be asked for a retainer and told my problem would cost $$$ an entirely different thing happened. He gave me two options one of which was to call the bank with a specific strategy. It worked. There was no charge. I have since then referred a close friend to him for a bad divorce and he is handling it really well. You can read my profile I don't make a ton of reviews this guy deserve 10 stars.
