OK, so after a long time of thinking about what I wanted to say which is actually over a year and a half I’m finally going to leave a review. Jay Kovar is a very good Lawyer. Our situation was different but, He will not honor anything he said he would do. If you try to communicate with him too much he feels like you’re abusing his friendship and their for says screw you I’m done. When you bring up the terms discussed, he throws in your face let’s see how that will hold up in court! I was in the process of trying to purchase a business and he was a friend of mine that said he would take my case and gave me a list of prices and then when it came down to me asking questions he got aggravated and threw in my face that I was pretty much over privileged that I had an opportunity that most people don’t have and I should just appreciate that I’m taking over a business that I didn’t start. Bottom line though is anything Jay did he was diligent and he did an excellent job doing. I apparently wasn’t paying him enough to sit back and listen to me. Jay Kovar is a good lawyer.
