Most unprofessional firm I have ever worked with. Initial visit was fine however I called three times over a two week period I was told my call would be returned and this didn't happen. I called a couple minutes ago and was placed on hold for nearly 5 minutes and when the receptionist came back to the phone I asked her what was the issue and why I couldn't get a return phone call? Should I take my business elsewhere because their caseload was too heavy? She rudely replied I am not going to have you talk to me like that and that I should take my business elsewhere. Never was did I raise my voice, was rude to her or used any language that was unprofessional. I'm not sure what is going on their at the moment but my experience with the firm was unacceptable.

To start things of let's say that there's from little to no costumer service at this Law Firm if you even want to call it a Firm. I understand that schedules can run behind but when you are in the waiting room for an hour things are just unacceptable. We paid $100 dollars for the consult and every time we asked how long it was going to take for us to be able to see the lawyer they kept saying that it would be just a few more minutes. Later on, the assured we would be seen next and proceeded to call in another client. We were disappointed. In the end, after an hour and a half wait we politely asked for a refund regarding the consultation. The assistants responded by saying that we had to wait and that refunds are not given regardless of the situation. we attempted to exhaust all options but we received no assistance. Keep in mind, all of this was just for a simple consultation. Could you imagine if this firm was handling your case? The incompetence and unprofessional manner in which the employees of this firm conduct themselves is an embarrassment of riches to the legal profession they claim to practice. Proceed with caution and govern yourselves accordingly at your own risk.
