She's was nice and polite. You pay first then receive requested items "later" .I would call and leave messages and she didn't return my phone calls. I also left a message just asking her to say if she couldn't do it that was fine to just let me know or she could just give me what she had and still no reply. I really liked her as a person but am very disappointed at her lack of consideration and professionalism due to circumstances and am very saddened by the way this has ended.
