Fortunately in all the years I have had only one dispute that involved a civil matter which lead to a trial. Honestly I thought everything had gone well, I followed all advice, submitted 80 pages of evidence for my case...
And Mr. Melhuish got hosed by a local scammer who didn't even bother hiring a lawyer or submitting almost any evidence at all. I'm shocked.
