Delgado will rip you off. He doesn't work for you. He works by hour for himself. ...This my friends is how he rolls....He portrays himself as a competent person injury attorney .You fall for it. Its really sad they have to steal money and leave a great person hung out to dry. It's sad, and really low for a "lawyer". Sorry Delgado, but no one waste your money on him. Hell rip you off and turn his back on you.

When Mr. Delgado approached my brother he assured our family that he was qualified and competent to handle his situation . This was by far not the case. Over two years later, he is still in the clutches of the Florida Legal system with no end in sight. This is a family man in his forties with no prior legal issues. It has been his experience that Mr. Delgado took his money under false pretenses when he wasn't qualified to take the case and now does not return phone calls and has been verbally abusive in many of his e-mails/written communications. We will be in contact with the Florida Bar and Ethics Committee to file a complaint as soon as we are assured that Mr. Delgado can do no futher damage to his case.

I was recommended to KLD for my car accident and I have to say it has been the worse experience I've dealt with in a law firm. I asked for my case file which did not add up to what my lawyer said was taking place in my case plus these guys are all over the Bradenton Herald for giving Manatee Judge Larkin baseball tickets in turning over a Walmart lawsuit in favor of their dependent. So unless you want these guys playing on your team, I would look into finding another firm. I have since fired my accident lawyer here at KLD and I can't even get him to call my adjuster to notify them that he is no longer representing me in the case. Poor communication across the board. My next step is to contact the Florida Bar and report them because it's now become a problem in removing themselves from my case.
Do not pick KLD for any legal troubles period
