I called to ask for help on an appeal, and the assistant said I already did what they would have done. Seriously?

Ms. Schmoyer is the best disability attorney that I have ever met. She is caring and compassionate yet she knows the judges' personalities and what they expect. She prepares you for the types of questions the judge may ask.

I can not say enough about how Marjorie and her team helped my son with his Social Security claim. In my opinion she went over and beyond and the end results worked out for my son. She is very knowledgeable and through. I highly recommend her firm if you are applying for SS benefits or have been denied and need help refiling.

THE WORST!!! She'll only talk to you one day before an appeal hearing. Otherwise, you get her assistant yelling at you and giving you conflicting info. Marjorie said nothing or no more than a few words during the hearings. She dragged on the appeals for almost 9 years. I had to keep mailing her the same copies of medical records several times. All my denials had INCORRECT INFO the denials were based upon. I brought that to her attention and she ignored me. She not only lost the case, but screwed things up badly for me. Now, I have no way of working nor getting social security of any kind and living on the streets. Stay away from her! She'll mess up your chances of winning and mess up your life permanantly!
