Lauren Kohl represented me 9 years ago for my home closing. Only now that she is representing my neighbor's buyer did she find a major error in the property lines. This error existed when I was Ms Kolh's client. She is unwilling to take responsibility for an error at my closing and she is unwilling to assist me at this time. Not to mention I feel it is unethical to be involved in my neighbor's closing. Very unprofessional.

I worked with Tracey, paralegal to Wolff. Very bad experience. We barely received the closing docs as our address was totally misspelled. She didn't close half of the accounts or didn't even tell us we needed to do something. (FPL closed, MCUD not, HOA: 1 closed, 1 not). Then she sent the email " we hope we exceeded expectations". I'm still chasing various companies for refunds...

Sellers and buyers beware! Lauren is all about the money. Very dark heart and soul. If you work with her you will be sorry. Very last minute almost cost our family alot. Chose a different attorney not this one! One word for her evil!
