Ann Goade is a wonderful mediator. She listens and learns from the litigants. She is able to find a middle ground for them to agree upon and move on with their lives. She handles all the paper work and gets it signed and filed with the court promptly. She is professional in every aspect of the mediation process, never losing her focus even when confronted with someone who is hostile to the other litigant.

Ms. Goade is knowledgable, accommodative, caring and considerate. Having had dealings with her on three separate occasions, I found her to be even handed non judgemental and fair.
I suggest any person who found her less than professional should consider their position to have been far from reasonable.
