I can't say enough amazing things about Lisa Batts and her firm. As a divorcee with three minor children and an ex-husband who made the experience as difficult as possible, I always felt safe, secure, completely protected, up to date on all information, and very respectfully handled (even when I felt like I was going crazy). Every person in this office is amazing, and Lisa Batts is not only thorough, well-prepared, honest and upfront, and understanding of the chaos, but has a heart of gold and makes you feel like a person who is being provided with everything you need at all times. Definitely worth every penny!...I would give ten stars if I could.

Do not use Lisa as your divorce attorney. All she is, is a paper pusher. She will rarely answer your calls, emails and questions. She overcharges just for answering a simple email (when she actually responds) and she sends everything certified mail and overcharges for everything. Never gave any advice on my own divorce situation and I eventually had an agreed settlement with my now ex instead of taking it to trial and wasting any more of my time and money. Even my now ex's attorney knew how Lisa worked from working with her in past cases before and knows that she just pushes papers and really doesn't do much for her clients. Beware and spend your money on an attorney who actually cares about you!

Would put more stars if I could. Great lawyer! Worked very hard and long on my case and was more than pleased with the results. She will do everything in the best interest of the family. If your looking to hire a lawyer she is the one!!!

She represented a wife-beating rapist and argued terribly to point the judge even admitted she was losing. She is effective only because judges in Treasure Coast have a tendency to throw evidence out, disregard direct witnesses entirely, and next to flip a card for a judgement. She falsified paperwork and harassed the victim of violent crimes for being on the opposing side. I filed a complaint with ACAP who dismissed it without addressing how she side-stepped the law. She is as unprofessional as you can get; but, if you're looking to commit a violent crime and get off free, she may be for you!

Lisa was referred by a friend of mine. I really appreciate all the services that was rendered on my behalf. I went through several years of fighting. It was a difficult process because of the dishonesty .Lisa worked very hard for justice to be served and it was, awesome job!!!!. I believe if Lisa had not represented me I would have been very displeased. I'm thankful to god that I used her as my lawyer. The office staff is great. I highly recommend her.

Lisa represented me recently and I was thrilled with the results! She is very concise, precise and communicates clearly with both sides for a result that is phenomenal. I was named in a lawsuit by someone who had a serious vendetta against me and in the end I prevailed, as I deserved, for being so unfairly treated. Unnecessary depositions, filings, and hearings. They were exactly right. In addition to that, she lost her license to practice law in the middle of our divorce.
