I wouldn't recommend him what so ever. Too bad there isn't an option to give zero stars because he doesn't deserve the one he's getting. My husband was given him as a public defender unfortunately and could never get a hold of him. At one point we had called him over 35 times never would get a return call and left countless messages and emails. We had to physically go to his office to set up an appointment since he is incapable of returning calls or emails. He is very difficult to get a hold of no matter what. When he finally got an appointment he would interrupt and rush through it. He's unorganized, doesn't listen, lazy and not the friendliest man. He has a very uncaring attitude and is a total joke of an attorney. Don't waste your money, time or aggravation. He's not worth it at all and there's plenty of other attorneys out there.

He is very lazy, he have zero responsibility and zero interest to help! Do not waste your money and your hope hiring Joseph Lombardo Jr.....

Don't hire this lawyer!!!!!!

I hired Joe Lombardo for a Dui case. He wanted paid in full, up front, which I agreed to, out of desperation. His price was very hefty. I only spoke with him twice in a three month period that I sat in jail awaiting him to do his job. The job I paid him to do. The two times I saw him was only because I called and pestered him into coming to speak with me.He was very unorganized, as well as very lazy. once he got my money and I was sitting in jail, he was more than content with taking my money and hoping I'd forget that he was supposed to help me. The end result was for $ 3000.00 I got the exact same result, except for with a more drawn out process and a lot more stress, as I would have with a public defender.
