My husband and I went to Mike to unravel a very complicated and unusual personal tax issue. Without going into too much detail, I was hoping for the best but expecting the worst, which would mean we would owe the IRS in excess of $8000. Because of Mike’s expertise in the very specific area of tax law, he was not only able to unravel the mess, thereby eliminating the taxes due, but was able to show us how we could get back the almost $4000 we already erroneously paid. We ran into a problem with the IRS due to personal and business taxes that had not been paid. I contacted the office and actually got ahold of Mr. Miller himself. After being yelled at by him for around 25 minutes of my lunch break he concluded the conversation by telling me everything I already know. I informed him I had an open case and had searched for help and followed up with multiple IRS departments on my case, then he basically told me I need to wait to get answers from them. I explained I have had this open case for 2 years and all he could say was wait for them to help you or contact the Tax Payer Advocates, ( wich I already did ) the guy was mean, horribly rude to me.
