Mr. William Fleck handled my matter and he is nothing short of amazing. He navigated my problem with such ease and unbelievably produced an outcome that I did not think was even possible. I have known and worked with Bill Fleck, this firm’s senior partner, for nearly forty years. We began as adversaries. I learned he was smart, honest, strategic, and a tireless advocate for his clients, so I decided to become one. I have joked that he is my white knight, but it isn’t a joke. There is no one whose judgment and advice I trust more, and when I need an objective opinion, I will always go to him first.

Wonderful Law firm. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. William "Bill" Fleck is an incredible lawyer and tactician. Not only is he warm, welcoming and understanding towards anyone going through a hard time, but he has a BULLDOG attitude. Bill is an aggressive no-nonsense attorney, which is what you want. Can only recommend. Don't listen to the reviews of emotional people who didn't get their way. Good lawyers and law firms know the law and represent you based on that. That is what you want. Someone who knows the law and can represent effectively based on that.

I wanted to give 0 stars but that was not an option. William Fleck is a poor representation of our legal system and should not be allowed to practice law. I am sure he is not confident with his work either as he does not carry legal malpractice insurance and does not maintain any assets in his own name. Unfortunately I found this out after being advised by many attorneys to sue him for legal malpractice as his untruthful advice and bullying made us sign off after an unsuccessful mediation assuring us our case would remain open due to other irreconcilable differences only to find out that our case was closed and we were unable to sue for any further damages. Those damages were in the millions according to William Fleck himself. After mediation we tried to call him for clarification. He never returned our phone calls. Three days later we received a motion from the court that he had withdrawn from our case. He never learned my name. He sent me drafts that had many typos and wrong information. I practically wrote them myself. He never remembered anything we discussed at any of our meetings. He does know how to bill. He also knows how to lie. When we voiced concern about the amount of the legal fees that were adding up he assured us that most of our legal fees would be paid by the non prevailing party but never told us that if we agreed to go to mediation we would be responsible for all of our own fees. We also learned during mediation that he never familiarized himself with key points of our case as he was completely lost when questioned by the mediator.
If you want a completely incompetent attorney William Fleck is for you. To call him incompetent is actually a compliment. My next complaint is to the bar to spare anyone else!

Jupiter legal advocates are simply a wonderful and talented group of attorneys ,that will go the extra mile to help their clients . Their warm and caring attitude is exemplary.
