I chose Sokoloff and Weinstein's office because I did not want an Attorney you saw on television. I wanted my care to feel personalized. I met with Attorney Weinstein after asking for recommendation from the Medical office where I sought care.
I met with Attorney Seth Weinstein within the week of my MVA. Step by step he explained what would happen, how long the case would take and more or less the amount of moneys I would receive to pay my bills. Although my paramount interest was to have my medical bills paid, he also wanted to ensure I received some compensation for my pain and suffering.

Being represented by Sokoloff and Weinstein after my automobile accident was a straightforward, convenient, and highly effective experience that I recommend wholeheartedly. From the first meeting, Mr. Weinstein was clear on everything and willing to answer any questions, and available to be reached whenever necessary. I continued my treatment process with advision from Mr. Weinstein at every step, and frequent updates by email and physical mail. He was able to get the claims adjuster to bid against himself roughly four times in a row- nearly unheard of- and secure top dollar for my injury settlement, beyond what I had hoped for. And the hard work did not stop there: even after resolving my settlement, Mr. Weinstein worked hard to reduce my various bills even though it would not earn him more money. My bills were reduced and more money went into my pocket as a result of his hard work even after the settlement was completed.

I have used Sokoloff & Weinstein for many of my clients who were involved in a car accident but I didn't 100% understand how wonderful their firm was until I needed to retain their services in February 2011. I was involved in a very serious accident that left me with months of injections and therapy due to five herniated disks in my back. A group of men blew through a red light and smashed into my SUV leaving it almost totaled. The car that was at fault had no car insurance but luckily I had uninsured motorist coverage on my policy. I called their office right away after the accident after visiting Urgent care and realizing I had many injuries from the car accident. I have to say their firm is wonderful. I speak to an attorney on my case each time I call and they worked very hard in working with my insurance company who had to pick up the claim because the other party had not coverage. My insurer was very difficult to deal with and even made me go under oath at a meeting to try to minimize the accident and injuries I sustained. Elliot Sokoloff with an enormous amount of medical knowledge handled the meeting very well ensuring them that they did not want to take me to court and that it was in their best interest to work with me outside of trial. The firm was able after many months of back and forth to secure a very fair settlement for my accident and injuries. I continue to refer them cases as my clients need and would not recommend any other law firm.
