It is unfortunate this Judge protects the rights of an abusive, neglectful, addict of a father above the rights and welfare of our children. She had the opportunity to uphold the appellate court’s jurisdiction in our case, but refused to do so due to wanting to maintain authority; even commenting on what power she had at hearing. Power should not be more important than the welfare of children.

She is tough but a good judge and a wonderful person.
She says it how it is and even though I've left there sad she has always been far in her ruling.
