Zachary Cantor was my attorney for a first degree misdemeanor crime in Charlotte County, FL. I began looking for attorneys in the area and ran into a few options where they couldn't see the light in my case and I wasn't willing to give them my money for a case they didn't believe that they could get me a great deal on. I searched outside of my local area and ran into the Viacava and Cantor Law Firm in fort Myers, read some reviews and I gave him a call before work on a Saturday morning expecting a voicemail or a receptionist but I got an ATTORNEY. Zach answered the phone at 5:45AM on a Saturday, discussed my options with me and what route I wanted to take and made me feel very confident within a matter of 20 minutes over the phone that he was the best option for me to get the best results for my case. He filed Waiver Of Appearance immediately on payment so I would no longer have to be in court for unnecessary pre trial conferences that would have otherwised cost me time off of work that I didn't have to lose. He's very informative about the case details and has a very nice and professional assistant that will get the message through and have Zach call you back as soon as possible. Overall the service I experienced was top notch. Also as a side note; After case completion Zach went above and beyond his call of duty and aided me with setting up appointments and dealing with the probation office who are less than uninformative. On a road that seems to be set up to fail those who ride it, Zach was there for me and hasn't let me down since the first day I talked to him. Would rate 7/5 if I could.

I recently found myself in a situation that I am very much not used to . That was being in need of an attorney. It was my fault for letting some routine tickets escalate into getting arrested. It was at night so I had to stay to see the Judge at first appearance in the morning. My bail was unusually high for the charges. When I asked they said only the Judge could reduce it. I called my wife and told her not to try and bail me out and I would just see the Judge. Thankfully she didn't listen to me because she thought the amount of bail didn't sound right either. So she contacted a bail bondsman who confirmed something didn't sound right. My wife then picked up the phone at 6 AM and saved my life. She contacted Lee Viacava and woke him up and he cordially listened to her and also said something was wrong with my situation. He was due into court already, so he sent his partner Zach Cantor to see me. Thank God he was there because the Judge did try and change my bail, she doubled it and without Zach being there I might still be there. There was some confusion over charges because I had gotten multiple tickets in a short period of time. If my Wife had not called Lee and had listened to me and just let me go in front of the Judge alone I would have gotten blindsided and maybe have 30 days minimum handed to me. Zach quickly realized I was being charged for more than what actually occurred. Come to find out I was given two separate charges with separate court appearances. Lee took over my case and pulled off a miracle not only once but unbelievably a second time as well. He took control and navigated his way thru all the legalities and helped me get my license back right away. I am in the car business and not having a license could have ended my career and my future employment as well. I don't know how it did it but I am glad because whatever magic he used, Lee got me off clear to all the charges in both court appearances without paying so much as a dime in fees, fines or court costs. I was looking at the possibility at having several points accessed to my license, which would have been bad especially because of how important a clean license is to my job. After the first appearance like I said I walked away with not even a point on my license. Lee wanted me to know the reality that having the same results at the second appearance would not be easy but he pulled it off with the same not one dime out of pocket or one point accessed on my license. The results he attained for me along with the total professionalism he showed in keeping in contact with me along the way were exemplary. He was always available to answer any question. Lets' face it when something like this happens you are scared and nervous not knowing what could happen. I hope and pray I am never in a situation were I am in trouble and in need of an attorney. But if anything ever happened again there is only one law firm I would turn to and I will tell you this. Viacava and Cantor is the only Law Firm you should turn to if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need HELP. Trust me I have seen them in action and there are no better Attorneys anywhere. The hell with Trump ,if Lee ever ran he would get my vote.

Zack is the attorney I met with from the initial meeting I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and and shown in to me the attorney and it was the best change I have ever done.
