I was wrongly accused and sued for Unfair Trade Practices and Fraud. The Plaintiffs did not give me any notice of the case except for the complaint. My Due process rights were denied and I received a clerks default. David Berkowitz took the case and appealed the default to the District Court. As soon as the other party read the appeal they called to settle.

Mr. Berkowitz insisted that my rights of fair notice and an opportunity to protect myself were preserved in this great country.
