Great lawyer...nice guy....straight forward......and he knows his stuff....i would reccomend him to anyone...paul damore....however...make no mistake....in the case of a bankruptcy....the lawyer works for the trustee...not you....and thats where his or any lawyers interest lies.... with the trustee....they do not represent the clients best interest in my opinion....their loyalty is to the trustee which is a conflict of interest in my opinion.....your lawyer is supposed to represent you and your best interest

We went to see him had an appointment it went fine let him know when the time came that we would need to retain him we would be calling. So I called left a message then emailed , he responded via email letting me know he was out of the country on vacay he would be back on the 7th. Called him a week after he got back (for him to catch up with his work) over and over left messages emailed him no response no nothing....still waiting (not really)
