Princeton title is the worst, I bought a condo in Boca in 2013 Princeton gave me a clear title to purchase it, Now I am trying to sell it Dec. 2018 and the new title Company is telling me I have open permits on the condo from 2004, Everyone I have talk to says they need to fix it, it is on them but they refuse to do a thing, Pure Dirtball business move to put another stain on South Florida business reputation.

I recently had the opportunity to do business with Princeton Title...I want to tell you what a positive experience that I had...I am a Flat Fee Brokerage. We only charge $395 per closing. The rest is given to the agent in the form of a commission or credit....In a recent closing that the agent got a credit for the entire commission with the exception of the transaction fee...In the process the transaction fee never got paid. After 6 weeks I approached the company and got a reply from Seth Cohen that at least we got our transaction fee so not to worry...I wrote back explaining that this was my entire fee...I got an immediate reply stating that he would personally see to it that i was taken care of that same day...I was I got an almost immediate call from the closing and she explained that they were extremely short handed then she personally went to my bank and deposited the funds...In South Florida it is rare to get this type of service and wanted to world to know what a class act these people are. Thank you very much
