Although I do think that could have gotten updates and open communications about how my case was going along the way (without having to call them personally), they were able to take care of me promptly when I did call. Horrible only spoke & saw the lawyer once. Didnt really help out at all =.= The only way I knew what was going on is when I got in contact with the secretary... I pretty much had to find everything my self (thats the lawyers job). Secretary should be a lawyer atleast she helped me out in what she could. But yes terrible experience.
