I wish you guys had a negative stars as a review, because this guy deserves minus million stars. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR!!!! You will never get the service you deserve from this dude. Worst worst worst ever!!!!

Owes me 800.00 from a deposit that he keeps telling me he has sent it back. Still have no received anything. Submitting complaint form to the Florida bar tommorow.

Alan J Fisher is probably the worst attorney you can have to represent you in bankruptcy. He has a limited staff and it changes. I hired Mr. Fisher in 2007 and it is now 2012 and the bank is taking my home away from me. This is solely my opinion based on my experience. I have to hire two different attorneys now to try and save my home from being auctioned off.
