Were very pleasant to deal with at 1st. It seemed they were trying to help me. Completely unnecessary fees and could have been avoided with a little honesty and integrity. I will send the balance in a check and be done with them. I just hope you read this and make sure to read your fine print.

Excellent law firm especially regarding condo law

If you are HOA directors looking for a law firm to use to personally attack your enemies, real or perceived, then you came to the right place. KBR will charge for every phone call, email and letter to the tune of thousands of dollars. Rather than resolving problems in an amicable fashion, this firm is famous for making dollars in a vindictive fashion and turning neighbor against neighbor. In one famous case, KBR drove the HOA into bankruptcy and then had the nerve to get paid even more when they came up with a payment plan. The trustee in that case ended up suing KBR for fraudulent transfer of HOA funds without providing reasonable equivalent value. Caveat Emptor!

I've been working closely with Michael Bender and his team for a little more than 2 years, on issues ranging for Airbnb's, building project's, City & County contracts, collections and all HOA matters. This team is accessible, quick, thorough, knowledgeable and proffesional. I have recommend them whenever possible. They are well worth your consideration.

Worth it! All fresh sauces and cheeses! Worth the wait for our pizza! Friendly service and refills on drinks. Quick seating and menu choices are great...try the sampler and the you gotta try deep dish. This pizza is different and worth it!

KBR is thorough, responsive, likable and massively knowledgeable and experienced. KBR was an excellent match for my Coconut Creek team of Board Members and CAMS with all aspects of our needs, including collections, covenant enforcement, contract reviews and more. Highly recommended. I'd like to add an item of note...community association attorneys (any firm) represent the association on behalf of the board of directors. The firms will send items, such as collection letters, as instructed by the association. Most negative reviews directed at association law firms are from upset home owners who are not paying what they are obligated to pay (which in turn is unfair to all the folks who live there that are contributing as they should).

Joe Street, you are spot on. They lack integrity (imho) in that they threaten based on allegations made by boards without evidence. They are used to silence those who have concerns about board transactions, etc. and act as their henchmen.. No scruples, no integrity, imho. It's a sad fact that the legal world has little oversight....
