Unfortunately this site wouldn't allow for no stars to give Mr. Kovari. Upon speaking with him to schedule an appointment, he asked that I bring a copy of my bank account, credit report, and a check or credit/ debit card for a DEPOSIT if he would take the case. After meeting with him he determined he could not move forward with a bankruptcy case. Mr. Kovari then asked me for a payment for the 50 min consultation in the amount of $250.00. This after seeing I had but $300.00 in my checking account told me "time is money!" Although he reduced it to $200.00 I felt ripped off. Most if not all the attorneys I've ever met give you a courtesy first consultation including the one I went to see right after meeting with Mr. Kovari. To add insult to injury he even kept my credit report...BEWARE!!
